I		The first step in achieving a successful entry into the MSN Gaming Zone is to make sure your system's cache is cleared, there are no shared drivers and the activex is not damaged.
	A)	Clear cache manually, per these instructions.
	B)	Check for and remove conflict folders
	C)	Check for and remove damaged Zone activex

II		Once the above has been met, recycle your cable/dsl modem, router and computers.

III		Check to see if you have software that impedes access to various web sites or web activities. [Firewalls, Antivirus software, Ad suppressors, etc]. Temporarily disable them and see if that resolves your problem. WinXP Firewall

VII		Uninstall MSN Gaming Zone empty TEMP/TIF (per item I.A above) reboot then go here and Follow the directions: http://classic.zone.msn.com/services/install.asp Once the Zone is reinstalled and you have seen the spade Reboot your computer go into the zone via this link: http://zone.msn.com log into your passport go into your favorite game area Have Fun!!!
